Heya,
My wife and I are trying to stay on a budget and would like to know the estimated costs for adding a toilet to an outside sauna and shower or an ensuite full bath addition to our home. We just want to know which option is possibly cheaper!
Thanks
Hello,
Depending on the landscaping situated outside and if your basement is finished the cost for either option may be similar. The best thing to do is have a someone come out to see it and provide you with an estimate for either option. But for return on investment the ensuite addition would be a better bang for your buck. All the best!
Hello, the toilet would be cheapest unless there is drainage there already.

It depends on the type of material,Between 8000 up to 10000$.
please show me some pictures, I need to see what kind of wall and floor for that. Thanks
Hi Jared
Yes, I agree with Tino. if you have the space
(Sq.Ft.) with in your existing walls to provide a ensuite, this would be your best option. Now that being said , if your sauna
shower presently sit on a slab and it is roughed in already for a toilet, obviously
that would be your cheapest option.
