Cost of a two storey addition?

We're considering adding an additional ~800 sq. ft. to our farmhouse. We were thinking about ~400sqft on the main floor for a second bathroom and office space, and then just one additional bedroom on the upper floor of the addition. Likely built on a slab or even crawlspace is common.
We're on the east coast and live rurally so space/access is not a concern.
