Need to build a small wall 5 ft wide x 8 ft tall to separate the living room and kitchen. Wall will also have a cutout. Ontario

$200 for framing materials & board
$600 for the framing, board install and tape coat
$600 for second and third finish coats
$100 for protection materials/ possible change in mud type/ fasteners, multiple trips/sanding block/tape, etc.
Total $1500.00
