Cost to gut a house in Roncesvelles Villiage.

I have a 2 story home , (built in early 1900's) each floor is approx 600 sq. Ft. Want a complete gut to the studs (one kitchen and one washroom), walls are plaster. Also want the strip hardwood floor removed.
What would the rough cost be.

Where i live in NB it would cost $2.50 to $3.00 square foot, or $2000 to $3000.

In Toronto. And with large bin etc. You are looking between 6,000.00 to 7,500.00
That is leaving it properly cleaned out.
