Cost to raise roof 600sqft

This kind of work needs design and permit and no one can just guess the numbers without having a detailed drawings ( roof structure should be changed as well)

As Mike stated it is hard to throw a number at the project as there are several factors involved, being architects/engineers, raising the roof is no simple job by any means as it means new ceilings, walls need to have drywall added at top, any electrical running through ceiling to be removed and reran. Studding may need to be reinforced so could mean a complete gut of the cottage and if that's the case than everything needs to be brought up to current codes. Sorry could not answer a more direct answer
