Hi,

Looking to purchase an older home in Toronto. Will be most likely a semi detached or townhome and have a few questions.

This is a 1500 sqft two story home. Main floor, upstairs, and basement (low ceilings). What is the cost I should budget to completely redo the electrical wiring, the drywall will be gutted. Looking to install pot lights throughout the main, and dishwasher, stove, and washer dryer in the basement.

Also, what is the cost to completely redo the plumbing into PEX. Can all the drains be tied into the existing stack or will a new stack need to be installed?

call an electrician for a quote..in my experience most total re-wires run about $3-4,000 with labor/materials my cost per floor then I added my markup 25-30%
