Just wondering how much it would cost to retile a kitchen and bathroom in GTA. About 120-180sqft, including demo of old tile. And is it possible to be completed in 2 days or less?

Should provide picture, include the type of tile. Is there demo of old floors. New plywood needing to be installed? The size of crew doing the work. 2 days is pretty aggressive. But could be done. Provide better information please.

Hello Cee, Kody from King Crown Construction Inc. As previously mentioned in the last comment, sub floor, material and availability, all come into play in timeline, for this to be done in two days would be very quick work and I wouldnt recommend it.

As mentioned in previous posts there are several factors that come into play in terms of getting this work completed in two days and it is not recommended to rush. With respect to the cost of demolition/disposal, this size job would be $1000 - $1500. Repair of the subfloor will be dependent on state of the floor once the tiles are removed. Any deficiencies in the subfloor would have to be repaired before laying new tile. This item would be based on time and material. As for the laying on the floor tile, you should anticipate a price of $10 - $12/sq ft.
