I am looking at building a detached garage in my rear yard. It would include electricity and insulation. I would need a single car garage door and an entry door. What am I looking at with regards to cost? I am in Mississauga

Hello,

Would need quite a bit more information; what type of siding /roof material? Dimensions? Plumbing? BALLPARK price I would say around $35000 but would depend on your local contractors. Excavation/foundation costs a big variable here.

Yes I agree with Keith your probably between

30 and 40K depending on size and what you want in it. Contact a local BCIN designer

to get some drawings done up...cost approx.

( $ 2,000+/- ) then go back to TrustedPros

and Invite a few Contractors to give you Estimates based on that drawing.
