I am looking to turn a gutted 800 sq ft shop into a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home, with laundry . It will have gas heat. No potlights. I would like an approximate cost for electrical.

Hi,

The approximate cost for the electrical work in this two bedroom will be 6500 including materials, labour, electrical permit and inspection from ESA.

Thanks

When you say "turn it into a home" does that also require the inclusion of a kitchenette? There will be some requirements to think about if this is the case. Also what type of panel is there and does it have enough room to add more on it? If not then you either need a pony panel or a new panel which can increase the cost significantly.

Everyone is talking about new builds, but no one mentions replacing old tools with new ones. I found a review on cool soldering irons, more detailed check here
