How much will it be to build an insulated and heated garage 42 deep x 40 wide with a loft minimum 2 garage door one man door some windows maximum height is about 32.5 feet all insulated and clear span with an office in the back of garage and storage It is in the Chilliwack lake road area there is natural gas at the road new power will have to be brought in

Side note I want has much room in the loft has possible for a man cave ect

I'm located in the Fraser valley in bc

Before you even consider the actual cost, make sure that your local building code will allow for such a structure. We did a similar package here in Alberta, several years ago, and the cost went higher due to a problem with the soft ground. It requires loads of proper fill. My advice, get several LOCAL estimates and get all the proper permits in advance. Material and labour costs will vary from time to time.
