How much will it cost to demo an 8 by 10 sheet?

It all depends where the drywall is. When it comes to removing drywall and replacing it whether it's one sheet or 10 sheets there's a lot of trips involved due to taping and mudding of the new drywall. Another trip to sand it prime it and paint it and depending where it is remove trim and reinstall trim. It would be five trips minimum to remove and replace complete. Unfortunately this is where the cost adds up. I would approximately say it's going to cost you anywhere from $400 to $650 depending if your drywaller needs to buy paint xcetera. Hope this helps you. PS you can always remove it yourself and install a new sheet of drywall and if you don't tape get a taper in after to save on cost
