How much would it cost to demo/remove concrete slab?

One slab 8X8 and other is 3X5, approximately 4in. thick no bar.

How is cost worked out?

Hi Chris,

Usually it's by the sq ft. Which would include breaking it, labor and disposal costs. However if the job is smaller. It's would usually go to a flat rate for the job. This rate depends on the contractor and location.

Hi Chris,

First, knowing where the job is, accessibility to the area for vehicle with trailer, distance to disposal yard, is the concrete already broken up which will make it easier to remove. All of your time and expenses are to be calculated for a realistic number, including dump fees, tool rentals, profit etc.
