How much would it cost to remove floor tile?

I have about 150 Sqft of floor tile I need removed it is 12x12 ceramic. What would be the cost to remove? Thanks

What kind of tile?? Is it on wall or floor??

Hello, here in Vancouver BC I'd charge $3.50/sqft to remove and dispose of the old tile on the floor. Also keep in mind, if tile is installed on top of plywood subfloor, there is a big chance you will need to replace that. Concrete should come off cleaner but night require some patching/leveling prior to installing a new floor.

Hi,here in Toronto it would be $4.50 a square to remove and dispose of the tile.

Prices could range from $1 per sqft up to $2 per ft

Price would depend how clean you need the floor to be after removal
