I found this picture on TrustedPros and may be interested in a similar project but would first like to know what the estimated cost would be.

@Nichiolas... The whole thing as it looks. From top to bottom.

@Vasileios... This would be in a finished open area but with no prior bathroom. The drain would need to be extended and brought to this location from 10-12 ft away. This would next to the Furnace room so the plumbing would just be right next to it to pull from.

Hi Bhupinder.

To build a bathroom where non existed is expensive. Even doing an existing bathroom renovation is costly. Some of the costs involved in new build-you have to frame/insulate the walls, install drywall/finish, install a door & trim, install a fan vented to the outside, waterproof the shower area, run electrical & plumbing. For the plumbing-since this is a basement bathroom you most likely have to break up the concrete floor for the drain work to be installed properly. That alone could be a couple of thousand $. Then you have to supply the fixtures, vanity, toilet, & if walk-in shower you need glass doors. With just a tub as in the picture it is not very practical for everyday use. This bathroom would easily be 15K and up. Plus if you are in Paris, On add travel time to get a good contractor or any contractor out to your location. Some won't even take a job where they have to travel 90 minutes on way. I do find the look of the bathroom dark and small. It's not what I would design. That niche in the worst location I have ever seen.
