I would like to add an additional foot in height and finish with a full bath, kitchenette and all new wiring and plumbing. I know this is costly I would like to know price range without fixtures just drywall, electrical, rough ins for bath and kit. tile floor. I need a price point to save towards and estimate when I will be able to start. Thanks

As I understand you want to increase your basement height so that it is compliant to height regulations. Is that correct?

What size of basement area do you want to dig out?

What's the access like to this basement space for tools, workmen, equipment etc.

How large are the basement windows?

Lots of questions. It could run 40K or 400K. That's what's happening in Ottawa.
