Kitchen area addition cost in Edmonton?

We live in a two story home and we would like to push our kitchen space out towards the existing deck approximately 12 feet and 16 feet wide. Attached is a picture of what we would like the layout to look like as it is similar to how our kitchen lay out looks now. The bulkhead above the cabinet peninsula is where our current exterior wall is.

This new area would be where the nook would be, and as the picture shows, that would give us a spot for a large island. Keeping our kitchen sink and DW (on future peninsula) in the same area would keep some of the costs down.

Question is how much would it cost to add the addition, kitchen cabinet cost excluded?
