Hello!

Contemplating purchasing a home that currently has the kitchen /dining / living area closed off with a wall.

What would be the cost to knock down the wall and make the area a more open concept? We may or may not want a complete kitchen reno done, depending on where the fridge would go. I'm unsure if it is structural/non-structural.

pics attached, thanks!

Sammy
