Hello everybody, I am Guri from winnipeg.
I am New contractor. But not good with my rates. Sometimes Too high sometimes low. So I need your help to find the rates for different jobs.
How much do you charge for labour 2x4 T-bar ceiling? 2,800 sqft
Ceiling hight 9'from the floor.
My friend suggests me to take $3/sqft

labor average is from $2sq/ft + materials and $ your time to deliver, mark-up and debris removals
