Lifting small bungalow, pouring slab

Hi there, home about 800 sq ft. in Porter's Lake, NS. Looking for a rough estimate of what it would cost to lift and pour a slab foundation. Or dig and pour - unsure of how best to procees.

Haven't purchased yet - wanting to build in to mortgage price.

Expect to pay around 80,000.00 To 140,000.00 depending on the Reno that will need to be done afterwards.

Electrical & plumbing, what ever is on the exterior walls will need to be patched up. All the cracks on the inside of the house will need to be fixed, painted, ect....
