As a starting point only I would suggest a budget of $225,000 to $275,000 but with many finishes that are not listed such as kitchens, flooring, bathrooms it fall in that range or even higher.

I think that for you to get the most accurate starting point for pricing would be to choose all the separate trades and get base quotes for each of those from each tradesman. They will need a copy of your prints to provide you with a rough estimate and of course depending on the type of trade it would likely be a starting quote as it would also depend on the products that you choose.

Not all trades will give you a price with supplies but if you ask them to most of them will. We do Finishing Carpentry and we offer both quotes for just install or with supplies at the clients request.

Hello

I will give my advice based on the rates in Toronto, Ontario.

A ball park amount would be in the range of $250 to $450 and higher per square foot. The amount is purely a guess and no finishes have been provided. The final amount will be based upon the finishes, location of project and material used and any other specs that are available.
