What would a ball park figure be to do the vinyl siding on a house? Here are some details

- House is 2 levels 950 SF top and 950 SF Bottom

- Has (9) windows, (2) sets of French doors and 1 entrance door.

- Remove siding, new house wrap, new vinyl siding (mid grade)

- Trim out around windows and doors with wood?

- New Aluminum soffit.

I know no one can give me an exact price but a ball park figure will help me out. Thanks

Hi Brad,

Tall order for even a ball park figure. Wall square foot area is what we need to know. Size of the windows and doors to estimate the amount of trim. Length of footage on the corners inside and out also. New soffit? Need Square foot as well as the actual overhang it is installed on. Also what about the facia. Eavestroughing? Is this trim to be painted by you or the contractor? Siding R & R can cost from 4-5.00 Soffit 2-3 Trim depends on ??? Consider composite prepainted or cement based.

Hope this helps.

Would recommend you do your facia boards and new gutters if there are older while you are at this stage.

Demo with disposal ball park 1500

Tyvek building wrap - 2100

recommend blueskin windows and doors to tyvek - 800

Vinyl siding with facia trim labor no material - 9000

estimate material cost - 3500

would need to paint out all trim estimate - 1050

so ball park price 16000 - 20000

I would guess about 10k to 12k for that size house
