Suite the basement, update plumbing, wiring, and at a bedroom in the attic. also cost on new roof.

If you are considering renovating your 1933 home you may want to put a budget and a check on your electricity, often old home have old wiring and are a potential risk for fire, you may also want to verify your plumbing were rattling pipe may worn out the soldering of old copper plumbing. Another thing to consider is your insulation, often old home have a poor insulation factor for our cold winters. Once all of this is checked , then you can start putting a budget on your renovation, before without the main back bone to your project, all your renovations will not have the real value and comfort for this Heritage home. The main services Insulation, electricity and plumbing are the most important factor along with the structure of your home. the rest is just fancy features for the owners....
