What are acceptable Unit Rate Costs for:
Wall Framing Exterior
Wall framing Interior
Floor framing c/w sheathing and rim
In both cases materials and consumables are supplied by Owner.

The price can very depending on job size average home could be from $6.00 Sq FT to $15.00 depend on slope of roof and how many valleys you have. How busy you framer is at the time ,how far to the job.
The best thing is to get 3/4 estimate and the lowest is not always the best. Check out there work and talk to past customers.
