Rough Estimate, Custom Build in Kamloops, BC

We've recently purchased a flat 0.6 acre lot in Kamloops BC. We're looking at building a custom, zero threshold home for maximum accessibility. Right now were thinking of building a rancher with a basement and leaving the basement unfinished (we're a young couple, no kids yet, trying to keep options open for the future). The basement would not be walk-out.

If we estimate about 1800-2000 square feet including garage, 3bd, 2.5 bath on the main with an unfinished basement, what would the prince range be?

Obviously, we understand that finishings can make all the difference. We're simply looking for a rough range of contractor costs in the BC interior.
