Single Tile Replacement Cost

How much would it cost to replace a single 24x24 porcelain tile? We recently had it done but because of our electrician's miscalculation need to get it replaced. Our tile guy is saying that you give me whatever you think is appropriate. So we don't know how much to pay him. Kindly guide me.

Payment is discretionary but consider his time. I usually charge an minimum of $200 but in this case, pay for at lease one hours rate plus a little extra.
