Staircase - Finish brand new "unfinished" staircase

I am moving into a new build house. The builder is providing the brand new staircase in an unfinished state. How much will it cost to finish the stairs?
Our hardwood floors to be matched are Vintage floors "White Oak Nautilus" (picture attached).

Likely looking at $1500 to a couple grand for a professional job.

The price to stain and varnish two coats your looking anywhere between $2000-2500 depending on the condition the builders leaves the stairs for occupancy.
