The cost of labor to redo a bedroom 13x20?

Repaint walls and ceilings, take out rug and base boards, replace rug with laminate flooring, new baseboards, take out 2 windows and install 2 new one.
Only looking for cost ideas at this time.

This would cost roughly $3000 based on the assumptions there is no cutting involved for the windows.

Are you sub floors sound and no damage??
What shape are the walls in? Do they need minor or major repairs?
What size of windows are they??
What type and quality of flooring are you wanting?
