How much would it cost to tile a washroom 10 X 5 including tiles on the walls from floor to ceiling and tiles arround tub area and ceiling, a lot of decorative trims and about 20ft of granite? Bull nose tiles are to be installed arround and existing mirror.

Keep in mind the drywall and old tiles arround tub area will need to be removed and disposed and replaced with cement boards. A new shower faucet will need to be installed so this will require plumbing work.

Installation of new shower door will be also required, connection of new faucet for vanity, and new toilet installation.

Owner is supplying with all the materials with the exception of cement boards, plaster, adhesif for floor tiles and wall tiles, silicone and plumbing materials not including the faucet.
