What is a rough estimate of a 1300 sq ft full condo renovation?

We live in a 20 year old, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, concrete high-rise in New Westminster and need to replace most every thing. This includes, flooring, blinds, kitchen, bathroom fixtures and finishes.
I'd like to know what would be a general expectation when it comes to doing such a big job?

It all depends on the quality you are looking for. This kind of finishing goes from $45/sq ft to $200/sq ft.
Unless a detailed job list or pictures are not provided, it is hard to assess.
We did a job this for 1000 sq. ft for $55k similar sqft job for another customer 1100 sq. ft for 128k?
It all depends if you are looking for basic standard things. $45- 65. no havac or major drain work or roof repairs.
