What is estimated cost to build 40' x 18' single level addition?

I must admit that I have hesitated to respond to these posts, as it is very difficult to estimate any project without seeing it, however....

First of all I would recommend that if you need to dig for a foundation, which you will that you build a basement. Consider your measurements, 40x18 your are building a 720 sq ft addition, the cost to double your addition by including a basement are minor.

I looks like you are not including a kitchen or a bathroom with would increase the costs significantly,

Based on the information you have provided, I would estimate the cost to be between $110,000 to $150,000. This would include a basement.

Thank you for your reply, I appreciate your time. I am only tying to get a rough estimate at this time, sorry about the minimal information.
