What is the cost to re roof a 2500 sf ft roof?

Hello,

I can provide a ball park figure for you. For something like that it would depend on the pitch of the roof and the amount of detail on it. If your roof is not very steep (3/12-6/12) then you would be looking at roughly $6700.00- $7500.00. This would include a basic shingle (3 tab or architectural; they are about the same price now) full synthetic underlay, metal drip edge, ice and water shield around perimeter, new vents and plumbing covers, full clean up and disposal of shingles.

Could be done in a day with a full crew, possibly two days depending on the roof.
