We have an unfinished basement and would to get an idea of price to drywall tape, sand, and paint? Per sq ft?

It would be somewhere around $3 to $5/foot, cost varies according your area and accessibility. If you have larger area without too many corners or bulkheads cost/square feet will be lower and if you have lot of corners/bulkheads, cost goes up.
