What it would Cost to Sand, Stain the treads of our Staircase and Install new Railings?

I would like to know approx. what it would cost to sand, stain the treads of our staircase and install new railings. We have 2 staircased: one leading to upstairs, and one to the basement. leading to upstairs: 9 stairs. Once you arrive at the top, there is a strait set of railings of 10 feet. The staircase leading to the basement has 10 stairs. And lastly, there is a portion of railing on the first floor where we are removing a wall which is approx 5 g=feet of railing. We would need the steps stained (the top part) to match new flooring being installed, and the risers painted. Hope this is enough info!
