What price should I expect for drywall ceiling?

Need to cover 1200 feet of popcorn ceiling with drywall and finish. What price should I expect?

$8,700-$12,000 replacement but try removing it first with water and and a putty knife.

I would expect a drywall company to charge you $3 sq ft to finish those ceilings.
That includes material

It should be around 10k to cover and finish but it really depends on conditions of your ceiling.
However if it's possible to remove and refinish will probably be 4k job

Hi, it depends on the height of the ceiling and condition. Normally contractor goes between 4000$ to 6000$ to remove and refinish.
