What should an Installer Charge for Floor Levelling?

Lots! its a PITA!, a lot of work and needs to be done right & very quickly. I add easily min. $500 (includes self levelling compounds) on 1 or 2 rooms if I have to level em. I use a very wide rubber squeegee to get it nice a flat and even all around.

Hi Pat.

I am curious why you need so much self leveler. Because 60 bags is a lot! With a bag of LevelQuik RS costing around $32.00+HST you are already looking at over $2000.00 for materials. To do the pour I would charge $3500-$4000. That is with minimal preparation work over wood. If you are leveling over concrete there s additional work if the concrete needs to be scarified. That is very time consuming and messy. You can pour the LevelQuik RS up to 1.5 in one pour, but that is a lot for a floor to be out of level.
