What would it cost to build a 55x45 extension. Want too build division exterior walls 2 bathrooms 4 bedrooms 1 kitchen. Just labour. It's on a concrete slab and roof is being done by a company. So basically floors divisions drywall...

Hi there...

This impossible to answer without a blueprint and/permit

Also need a clear division of tasks.......Does roof mean shingles only.......flat roof.......who frames roof...??

Is concrete slab existing, and if so......where is the undergound plumbing....??

Where does the hydro come from and/or do you need a sub=panel and/or bigger service..??

Sorry, but as you can hopefully see, there are too many variables to give you a questimate.

Yes as Gerad mentioned, there is a lot of information are required to be able to provide even a ballpark number. The information provided is not enough at all to give you any figures?
