I have a bathroom in the basement, my son took out the shower because it was leaking. I now need a show in there, plus some other stuff for the right quote. I was looking into getting just the shower put in, but if the price is right, maybe do the whole bathroom. (floor, ceiling, and maybe a small closet)
we need to replace our tub in the main bathroom. the house is a bilevel (attached) and was built in the 70's. we installed a new toilet and sink/vanity last year and are "hiding" the tub/shower with a curtain. It is fully functional, but is old and disgusting. There is a tub surround in place that appears to be several pieces (3 I believe).
we want the tub and tub surround removed and replaced with a nice big shower with door(s) (the width of the current tub we want to fill with shower). we are flexible regarding the finish ie; tiles or one piece unit - that will probably be determined by price. this is not a fancy house and we do not want to put more into the shower than makes sense. the taps would have to be changed also to a new single tap from current 2 tap. we may be able to do the demo also - so maybe a seperate quote for that?
The lower level bathroom is a full 4 piece and was redone a couple years ago.
We have just moved into a new house. We have a small bathroom with an old tub and shower fixtures -- fixtures so old we can't replace them ourselves. Now the hot water handle is broken off and the cord supplying water to the shower head is leaking badly. We would like to install a shower liner to cover the tiles on the shower wall and install new fixtures.
Small bathroom 7 x 7 needs total redo. Plaster a latte walls and very old fixtures. Would like heated floor and better ventilation. Needs new toilet and would like dual flush with high pressure flush. We currently have a corner sink but would like sink with small cabinet for storage. We have a claw foot tub, but would prefer tub surround with shower or just shower stall. All the plumbing was up dated a few years ago.
Need a complete renovation of a second story bathroom. All new everything. Two leaking pipes (we think) and a concrete shower (don't care what happens to it). I need someone who can design and create a bathroom. All I really want is a working bathtub/shower combo everything else is free reign. Thanks!
Bathroom needs complete renovation...old house. Also would possibly like to have 2nd floor renovated, and a second bathroom added.
House is 1 1/2 story. Would like to reno 2nd floor into master suite including second bathroom. Also need to renovate main bathroom downstairs.
Would like quotes please...thanks!
we're looking to add a 3 piece bathroom in the basement. it's a finish basement with 7 foot ceiling. i don't have a big budget so i'm just looking this as a secondary bathroom since the one we have right now a 4 piece on a 4x8 layout is too tight. it has concrete flooring. online estimate only is required to see if it would be within budget. just to get an idea as to how much will i be looking to spend. the house is almost 100 yrs old. thank you
BATHROOM: basement location. Sink and toilet only, no walls. change exsisting taps to sink taps, move electrical plug to a new location, approximately 1 foot from where it is now.add another set of wall taps for laundry tub.
UPSTAIRS: Fix a kitchen ceiling light fixture. Also install a wall plug for an electric fireplace. , that requires it own togel switch in basement electrical panel. The fireplace is located on a outside wall, the room has a crawl space area., Outside wall is attached to the garage.

This project is for a town house condominium unit which I have recently moved into, and am likely to resell in 5 to 7 years. Just want to update things a bit. Need some help with decision making too. :-)
Damaged porch exterior wall has been repaired some time ago and not very well. Stucco has been replaced with siding over part of the wall. Need to check and do any necessary improvements to the wall. Bathroom tub and drywall also needs to be replaced. Possibly also ceiling in the bathroom. Old materials inside the bathroom will be removed by me to enable repairs inside.
House was built in 1909, I have a basement bathroom that has had some water damage. The floor rotted, so the studs and plywood have been removed right down to the concrete. I have treated it for mold. It is about 34 sq.ft approx. |Corner shower, pedestal sink and toilet are in the space. I just simply want a floor back in the bathroom, nothing fancy but properly fixed. I will tile it myself as I know how to do that. Can someone please give me a free quote. come do a estimate as this is of importance for usage.
Thank you
I need someone to rip out 3 walls and the ceiling of our bathroom. And then refinish it. Drywall, tape, mud and paint. I would like an estimate. The approx room size is 5' x 8'.
The bathroom had an upstairs neighbour who let his toilet leak for years and finally fixed it. Needless to say, our bathroom needs redoing.
We are moved out and want the place in good condition because we are selling. It needs to be done by April 1st, if possible.
An online estimate is good to start with, please.
Thanks Cam
I want to put a 3 piece bathroom in the basement but there is no rough in plumbing the bathroom would be about 10 feet from the stack which is cast iron. Once the rough in plumbing is done i would like to build a 10 feet x 5 feet bathroom with a bathtub with tile surround a toilet and a sink. I am looking for an average estimate for this job.
We have an existing room in our basement that contains our plumbing stack. We would need plumbing lines installed, along with flooring, ceiling (can be drop ceiling), the installation of tub, bath/shower combo, toilet, vanity and large closet. a small amount of electrical work (potential for moving plugs/ceiling fixture). framing and dry wall work would also be needed for closet. Just looking for a very rough preliminary estimate. Would purchase fixtures and flooring separate from estimate (in consultation with contractor).
I own a bungelow in Transcona built in the early 50's (Plaster walls). I have an exsisting bathroom in the basement now. It includes a standup shower, toilet and sink with cabinet. It is located aprox two feet from the outside wall. I would like to move the water piping for shower to allow for an expansion to the shower. I would like to install an above head shower and tile the complete shower area to use the additional 2 feet. As well I would like to turn the toilet as well move the sink and cabinet from one side of an corner to the other side. On the opposite side of the wall is the sewer drain on the sink corner. The other side of the wall is the exsisting unfinished laundry room. The previous ownes ran the drain from the washer along that wall toward the corner where the sink is located on the other side. I would like water pipes and drain run directly above the exsisting pipes from the washer to the upstairs as I would like to install drain and water in for a stackable washer and drier in a closet above on the main froor. I would like to turn the exsisting laundry room into a small kitchen using the drain and water from washer. I would require a sink to be installed in cabinets which I will provide in the basement. If I could possible get a rough cost on a project like this I would know if I can undertake this reno. I understand alot would require an inspection prior to giving a quote. I would like to have the work done in the month of August if at all possible.
Thank you
Maryanne
Outdated bathroom needing remodel:

-New drywall and insulation.
-Replace window

Bathroom renovation project for smaller bathroom (68”x90”). Full rebuild required, including water damage repair. I have ceramic tiles that you may use for the rennovation if it works with your design.
The walls, ceiling and subfloor will need replacing. There's some water damage caused by leaky plumbing. It's hard to say how much before the tub is removed. I have some ceramic tiles that can be used (potentially) for the flooring if it works with the design. The outside wall (along the length of the tub) and above the bathroom ceiling will need to be reinsulated. I want a new tub/shower combination with shower doors, a new (smaller) vanity, and some deeper shelves for towels. The door casing will likely need to be moved over to accomodate the deeper shelves. I'm willing to entertain other ideas, but I wan't more/better designed storage for towels, etc. I have a preliminary budget of $20k, but I'm willing to pay more if I like the bathroom design a lot.
Hello we have a very old bathroom in need of a reno. We have already had the plumbing completely replaced in the house. This bathroom is small and the money is tight so we can do the demo down to the studs and have it ready to go. We also need the window replaced. Attached is the fibreglass tub and shower surround we have purchased and the toilet is new, just needs to be straightened. We will have a vanity from ikea. We will need 1-2 outlets put in and a bigger door if possible.
Thank you!
