To supply and install all new the following fixtures in a coordinated schedule to minimize disruption to the owners of a 60 year old home. The bathroom has had new copper plumbing installed 19 years ago. for the tub , vanity and tolet appliances. Part of the tub wall is open due to a stack drain leak recently
LIST of NEW Appliances
-Jetta tub ( model to double as a soaker tub )
-vanity millwork with deep basin sink and moen fixtures
-American standard lined tank cadet 3 tolet
Exhaust fan/light combo by Panasonic ??
Presently the bathroom soaker tub , circa 1940 installed against outside wall to be removed by contractor forces . New installation of cement board on three sides arounding jetta tub, remove all insullation within outside wall cavity and install new high R-value insullation on outside wall ( approx 8 feet X 8 feet ). Install owner chossen cermaic tile product around jetta tub and interior bathroom walls, approx 4 feet above floor elevation. Crank open window located center of wall to be replaced with new style of window capable of operating in a high humity shower enviroment.
Some design of cabinet to hold bath towels etc. perhaps a recessed cabinet into wall . Current mirror above sink basin opens to expose a small medicine cabinet common in the 1940s. A new surface installed laminated cabinet adjacent to the over the sink cabinet adds additional storage . A GFI under this millwork allows for hair dryer or shaver operations.
The floor requires new sheet goods to match the interior. Bathroom door is a solid wood door that could be re-used . inside wall heat vent may need to be re-located over as a resiult of jetta tub installtion.
currently a window in the shower that needs to be removed - want to put in glass blocks if recommended over new window, need to add fan, toilet is ok, need to replace sink & tub. Want to re-drywall and re-do flooring.
We are also planning on renovating out basement bathroom, recroom and laundry area at a later date.
The house was built in 1984. This would be the first bathroom renovation,so I would like tthe whole bathroom to be stripped and then get the new materials installed and also i would like to know how long it would take for the job to be done because time is also a concern for we only have one bathroom with a tub.
Need someone to do a complete renovation on a bathroom. We've already purchased a 60" shower base and door, shower head, vanity and toilet. We removed the tub, just a toilet and vanity needs to be removed. Require an electric outlet. Maybe suggestions on a new window. Have an idea of what kind of floor to have. This will eventually go through the full upstairs.
Hired an acquaintance to complete bathroom renovations and he did more damage than good. I need to have shower tiles removed and replaced. (Shower is approximately 36" x 60" x 96") I can provide the tiles, ceiling fan installation, caulking around shower, toilet and sinks need to be removed and replaced with clear caulking, grout in floor tiles needs to be removed and replaced. dry wall in certain areas, and pocket door needs to be completed removed and re-installed properly. Full bathroom is approximately 10ft x 5ft x 9ft
Bathtub needs to be replaced or get new lining; wall surrounding bathtub needs to be redone; new shower and bathtub tap assembly; new bathroom sink with new tap assembly; new cabinet for sink (none at the moment); new p-trap pipe; new modern toilet; new modern bathroom lighting; new bathroom fan; walls need painting.... Other minor stuff.
(1) To install a floor to ceiling 5 foot long bathroom/linen cabinet I will purchase the cabinet.
(2) Install a new sink and toilet. I will purchase both. They would go where the current ones are. No additional
plumbing/piping required.
(3) Vent the bathroom to the outside, with switch. Bathroom currently has no venting.
(4) Install a new bathroom light. Some additional wiring required. I will purchase the light.
(5) Close off/seal an old laundry chute.
Would like a new soaker tub, enclosed with glass doors to double as a steam shower. The tub is currently situated on the outside wall with a window that needs replacing directly above. New pedestal sink to replace my current one. Will likely keep the toilet. Would like new heated flooring and a built in storage cupboard. (opposite was of toilet and sink...one already exists here, but I'd like to enlarge it).
House was built in 1939 and this is the only bathroom.
A leak in the tub faucet prompted this reno.

upstair bathroom addition, approx 60sq ft. there was a sink upstairs before, other than that there are no pipes upstairs. would require installing new floors, finishing off drywall, installing shower, toliet, vanity and lighting.

Bathroom renovation:
House built in 1981, bathroom is 5 x 8. Currently has lenolium
Replace tub, toilet and sink. Current flooring is linoleum.
Install new flooring (tile) and tub surround (tile). We are open to suggestions re: design and materials to buy.
Have a vanity in mind but still open to suggestions.
We will remove wallpaper and vanity prior to start. I've attached pictures of the current bathroom.
Additional project:
There is leaking from the bathroom (which is on the 2nd floor) on to the dining room ceiling (see picture). Need to fix leak and repair ceiling (drywall) once bathroom complete. We assume that the ceiling will have to be opened up regardless with the installation of a new tub.
We are open to start time of the project.
This is a small bathroom job that requires:
- linoleum and baseboard installation in a 5"x5" area bathroom
- installation of a toilet
- need to purchase and install a bathtub skirt/apron in an existing tub
I'm selling the house and would like it to look more presentable. open to any other renovation recommendations
We are looking for someone to do renovations on two bathrooms. We require a tub and surround installation in one bathroom (the install is partly finished) and a shower and shower door install in the second bathroom. We also require some drywalling and tile work on the floors and shower. The bathrooms are basically gutted. Please call me if interested.
Hello All,
We live in a 1970's build 3 level split home. Our bathroom is in much need of renovations. We had a bathfitter installed in 2009 due to the arrival of our baby girl. It was a must for bath time, we needed something quick.
So now the rest of the room needs work. The floor has linolium over linolium, green and blue paint on the walls, a very old, 35 ys + vanity, old rusty sink which now has a crack in it, and is leaking underneath. So we are needing to do this job on a budget, but we would like someone with some experience to do the job.
Your advice and time would be appreciated.
Alison & Russ

New floor, paint, countertops, faucets, infant change areas needed. Possibly more grab bars for toilets for people in wheelchairs or scooters. We are applying for a Winnipeg Foundation grant.
I own an interior decorating firm and am doing the design and general contracting for a couple bathrooms for one of my clients. I hope to start January 13, and am looking for someone to conduct the work. I will select and source materials. I will also have a disposal bin onsite.

We own a house in the Wolseley area of Winnipeg. We are looking for quotes for the following work:
1. We would like to get a new tub surround installed. NO TILE, just a generic 3-5 piece tub surround. There is currently an alcove style tub in place that we will be keeping.
2. We would also like to install a new shower head/faucet and shower rod/curtain.
3. A new bathroom ceiling fan and towel bar also need to be installed.
Hello, could you provide me a quote for the further scope of work, please?
General description: restoration of two side-by-side washrooms (2-pcs and 4-pcs). The house at North Kildonan (family detached bungalow) is rental unit, tenants will cooperate, but stay in during the construction using the third washroom.
Poor ventilation and splashes from the bathtub caused mold.
New ventilation fans and ducting through the roof (or through the wall) required. New bathtub with surroundings and a door. Open walls at the bathrooms, replace drywall, mold remediation, new sheet of vinyl (both bathrooms). Approximate size of WC are 10'x7' and 4'x7'. Smaller WC requires replacing the window (3'x3').
Timing matters. Please, contact me for more details.
Looking to have a shower built. We've been looking at the Schluter-Kerdi system to be built in our recently gutted bathroom. Feeling a little unsure as to whether a DIY like myself can handle such a project, so now looking to see if there is someone that has experience in building these units.
