Our 30 something year old condo has a problem bathroom, mold is growing around the tub, the wall board has lost its seal and water has leaked behind rotting the drywall. The tub is scratched. I want to look at options: remove the tub and install shower base or install tub liner. The drywall will need to be replaced and somekind of wall covering installed (tiles/tileboard or tub/shower surround). The plumbing is the original but I think it is OK. Presently I am in South Korea but will be in Winnipeg in July to do this project. I am looking for an estimate and possible solutions for this project. I am willing to remove, prepare and purchase necessary materials myself to save cost.
I live in and own a 2-bedroom condominium that is approximately 850 square feet. I would like to replace all floors in my home. I would like tile or linoleum in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry rooms, and hard wood flooring in the rest of the house. I'm leaning towards bamboo, but am flexible to other options. There are also specifications around sound proofing materials, and times available to complete the work.
I would also like to replace my counter top in the bathroom, as well as replace the bathroom sink.
Willing to start as early as mid-August but would prefer to have it started prior to winter.
have a pantry, 3' x 8.5' that i want to convert to a bathroom. it has a large window, and i would be putting in a pocket door. small shower (32" x 30") toilet and a pedestal sink/small cabinet.
main plumbing stack to tie into is approx 20' away. ok with losing some storage room in basement. 1910 1 1/2 storey character home. Area where pantry is, is an addition at the back of the home. Unfinished basement beneath it. the pantry areas is single storey only.
I have a 4 piece bathroom piece with one door for master bedroom, one door for common place. We want split it into (there is enough room) two bathroom, first one as ensuite to master bedroom with 4 pc, only sink need to arranged for this one. For the second one will be for common area, with 3 pc (standing shower may be). So we need to remove the cabinet, sink and make all the pieces.
Older house, original tub. All the other bathroom pieces have been replaced already we just need someone to replace the tub, surround and shower door installation and shower head and faucet replacing. We would like a deep soaker tub, plain white tub surround , glass sliding shower door. Could you please send an estimate and a time frame for job completion thanks.
Renovate our downstairs 1970's bathroom with an up to date look including a new shower stall, with new valves and plumbing fixtures, vanity, mirror, sink and lighting and walls/ceiling painted. We would like the total finished look. We just want to pick and choose our items and do nothing else as we want you to do it all for us.
I have enclosed 2 pictures and I apologize because they posted sideways.
I need to renovate two second-floor bathrooms.
1: the first bathroom I want to change to a better tub, the toilet, and the sink. the bathroom is 5x9 feet; the bath tub is standard acrylic 70x150 cm; we are looking for a soaker tub or even whirlpool (if possible)
2: the second bathroom I simply just want to change the tub to a nice shower room. the tub is 70x150 cm.
The house is 8-year old, the only concern we are having is, they are on the second floor, will the renovation damage my first floor ceiling?
We posted this project last year, but we could decide to do it; this year we are ready to do it; so if you bid last year, feel free to do it again; look forward to hearing from you.
Bathroom is 8 feet by 5 feet. I own the house which is a 4 level split built in 1963. I have already purchased some of the materials.
Job would include:
1. Remove the tub and ugly glass doors and dispose.
2. Replace the tub with a walk in shower - 36 inches x 72 inches (?) (I was going to get the glass doors and shower base from Costco but haven't yet).
3. Remove the porcelain tile on the floor and tub wall.
4. Tile the shower wall. (I have not purchased the tile yet.)
5. Install cork tile on the floor and finish it. (I have the cork tile and finish.)
6. Install new 30 x 21.75 vanity (I have the vanity).
7. Remove the one piece marble sink top from the old vanity. Dispose of the old vanity. Install the marble sink top onto the new vanity base. (Note: The sink top is new.)
8. Replace sink faucet.
9. Replace bathroom fan.
10. Possibly, add ceiling light in shower.
11. Change the dimmer light switch to a non-dimmer switch.
12. Paint.
We just moved to our new home in Vanderbilt and found out that our 2nd floor ensuite bathroom is leaking.
Water started dripping from our ceiling and now have traces of water stain.
At the time we purchased the house in June, the ceiling has a fresh coat of white paint so there was no trace of water stain.
Our lawyers advised us that we need a written estimate so we can submit the full costs to the vendor.
Can you please advice if you can provide a written estimate.
Thanks so much.
Gerry

I'm looking to have fixtures replaced in two different tubs in a duplex in Osborne Village, on McMillan Avenue. Just decent, average quality fixtures will be fine (e.g. Moen or whatever).
Please advise if you need any more details before deciding if you would like to come have a look. I don't have photos --- normally, I would attach some, but I forgot to take some last time I was there, and I'd like to get this posted ASAP.
I'd like it done as soon as you can fit it in, but it's not terribly urgent. One of the fixtures is still useable, and the other one is in a basement that gets no use currently.
Thanks,
Mike
There is a leak in the plumbing of our en-suite shower. It is only a shower, basically about 3 ft by 3 ft. The leak is inside the wall at the pull out tap. We want to fix the leak and because the only way to likely get at the leak is to go through the wall in the shower we would like to replace the redo the shower with new tile and new fixtures, etc.
New tub and shower with reinforced fibre glass. No show grout. White Only. New taps and rain shower shower head. High gloss chrome "Moen " preferred. One handle tap etc.. but would consider others.
Need to remove old bathfitter overlay system and tub and tile underneath
the overlay
Would prefer a permanent clear glass piece with open end to block shower splash

I have an old shower with ceramic tiles in the basement. I am the owner. The shower was custom made over 50 years ago. The walls, floor and ceiling are all ceramic tiles. I wish to remove it and install a new one piece unit shower with new faucet and shower head. The measurements are: 32 x 52 inches with a 26 inch doorway. The house doors are both 31 inches. The new shower does not have to be the same size, but needs to match the drain hole. I was unable to load pictures, but I could text them to you.
Remove old bathtub and shower walls (3 piece acrylic), and replace with new tub, preferably a one-piece (may not be able to do due to space limitations).
Repair floor if required due to possible water damage. Tub is currently leaking.
Repair/replace bathroom walls if required.
Remove and properly close in the window behind shower wall.
