Require the services of a carpet installer with the appropiate tools
I have 1 small basement room, approx 9 x 11, and wish to install a 9 x 12 rubber-backed carpet.
It will just be laid down, as we have experienced accidental water entry thru a window in recent years, and want to be able to quickly remove if needed.
There are cuts / splices to be made into a doorway, under a desk and into a closet / preferably to be executed by an experienced installer.
This should be done asap.
Need to have carpet installed in a 3 bedroom rental property. All main floor, no stairs. IAreas to be carpeted are 3 bedrooms, one livingroom and one hall. Carpet will be economy carpet, I can supply or I can pay you for material and you supply. Suite is empty, existing carpet is currently in place but it could be removed. The approximate square footage is 570 sq ft.
Hello,
We have 2 stores in 2 different malls in Winnpeg that need their carpets replaced.
One store is 938 sq ft & the other is 1530 sq ft.
Could you please provide carpet cost, installation and lead-time for Omega by Kraus - Concerto, 171211 Royal Navy - or equivalent?
Alternatively, please provide cost, installation and lead-time for installing our "wood look" vinyl flooring to the same space (we would supply the flooring, you would supply the adhesive)
Both cases will require the current carpet to be removed first.
Thanks!
Laminate flooring, color oak, plain finish, no fancy design.
Living Room: 209.66 sq. ft.
Hallway to the Bedrooms: 44.48 sq. ft.
2 Steps on Entrance Door: 10.49 sq. ft.
Entrance floor: 17.32 sq. ft
Please provide estimates on Labour Cost and the cheapest Laminate Flooring Materials you can recommend only.
Thank you very much.
I have recently moved to Winnipeg and purchased a condo. It needs help.
Kitchen needs vinyl plank flooring and carpet removed (yuck!). Master bedroom needs removal of existing yuck and replace with a wonderful berber. Can you help me?
I thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter.

1948 built home. Kitchen is 100 sq feet, 4 stairs and landing included. Original cupboards. Due to the age of the previous floor, I would like to have the new flooring installed over present floor (ie. do not remove present flooring). Baseboards are 6" with quarter round. Would need to remove quarter round, install flooring, and install new quarter round. Of note: one seam in the floor has opened and water and leaked onto ceiling joists (at present two drops of mould - perhaps the size of a quarter). Wood requires cutting and reinforcing to prevent future mould growth and floor stability.
Hi our tenant is moving out June 30 and we are planning to rerent the place by July 15, 2016. We have some commercial glue down carpet that glues down. The roll sizes are
34'x 69" and 29'9" x 70" we were hoping to use this for the stairs and hallway. For the bedrooms and living room we are looking to buy another carpet with underlay.
Some measurements:
Living room 11' 6” by 15' = 174
1st Bedroom 13’ by 10’ = 130
2nd Bedroom 7’ 6” by 9’ 6” = 73
3rd Bedroom 8’ by 8’ = 64
Hallway side 3’ by 3’ = 9
Hallway 14’ 6” by 3’ =44
_________
Total: 494 sqft without stairs
Stairs 17 treads
2 stair landing 3' by 3’ (18’)
Thanks

We have carpet right now that needs to be ripped up. linolium is underneath in bad condition so we need someone to rip up old carpet and replace it with new carpet and tile the kitchen or the other option is to put in laminate all through the house . I need someone to come take a look and see what we can do within budget. Thanks
Hello
I am on a condo board and our condo's back step is in need of some repair. The concrete back step is fine but the carpeting has been riped and torn. We would need the old carpeting removed and replaced with new outdoor carpeting. Not sure of the square footage but it is small....just three steps.
Thank you,
Purchased a home that had been flipped on a lower end budget. The carpeting used in the basement is bargain brand at best. It is pulling away from the walls, the tack strips are poking through on the stairs, it is already showing wear despite being less than a year old. The basement is approx 1100 Sq ft but only about 950 sq ft needs to be carpeted. I would need pet friendly, high traffic resistant, child friendly carpeting.
