Hello,
I am looking to hire a framer to build out the gables on 2 sides of my home by 12”. I have obtained a Winnipeg City building permit to complete the work. I have had engineer’s drawings done for the additional roof.
I would appreciate a quote to do this work.
Trudel Roofing would then put a new roof on the house.
Thank you,
Blayze
Hello Pros,
I am currently having plans made for my basement. I am looking for a labor only cost to frame a 5 foot wood wall and anchored on top of my foundation once the house is lifted and install windows. The house is sitting on piles with a footing. Once the house is set down i would need the outer walls framed, a sub-floor framed and then have 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom framed. The total area will be approximately 1400 sq ft.
When my plans are finished I will be able to forward them on for a proper quote.
Thank you for taking the time to review this. I understand that a proper quote can not be provided until you have plans to review.

We have recently completed our plans to add an addition to our house. I've attached the plans here for reference. We are looking to discuss the project and obtain quotes. Please review the plans and contact me with further details. At this time we are finalizing funding with the bank and will need to obtain estimates within the next two weeks. The start date is estimated to be March 2021, however final planing and scheduling with all contractors will occur in the next 4 weeks.

We would like to have the wall between the living room / dinning room either REMOVED completely or halved to give an open concept feel.
Our house was built in 1970 and is a bungalow.
The minor details (painting etc...) can be completed by myself.
Also- if the quote is reasonable we may also consider having the same idea completed in the basement as it has the same layout as the upstairs.
We have building plans for our home renovations and the approval/permit process is underway. We plan to do most of the interior work ourselves, but are in need of an experienced professional to handle the new construction of an addition to the rear of the house (foundation, framing, and possibly electrical). Please contact if you are willing to take on this type of partial project. I will email building plans and more information. Start date late summer would be preferred.
The window framing on a second floor window at my father in-law's house is showing signs of rot. The window itself is quite new and does not require replacement, but the framing around the window is definitely damaged in many areas. We inspected it from both inside and outside and saw it was a significant amount. We need someone to inspect and repair the damaged framing and then ensure the exterior of the window frame is water-tight to prevent any more damage.
This is a second floor window on the north side of the house.
A few of my window trims (wood frames) are rotted, mostly along the bottom. The rest of the exterior frames are in good condition and the interior frames are in excellent condition, hence I don't want to currently change the whole windows. Please contact me if the rotted pieces can be cut out, replaced, painted. Southdale near the Mint.
We have a window in our living that was previously installed incorrectly, water has come in around the window and damaged the sub floor and some of the framing. The window itself is almost new so we need to have it removed and the framing repaired and the window reinstalled. We then would need the area re dry walled.
