Install approximately 5 new sets of closet doors (double sliding doors), 7 new interior doors, remove linoleum and tile front foyer 9x4.5ft. House is built in the 60s, all of the interior and closet doors appear to be smaller than what is available at box store retailers (for example-home depot.)...assume all purchased doors need to be resized (not purchaed yet). Interior doors need to painted white.
Against my wife's better wishes, I attempted to install tile on the wall of our ensuite - bad move! I should have listened to her rather than attempting to do it myself. I need to get an estimate to install wall and floor tiles, install an acrylic shower base and the toilet. The room is 6'6" x 7'6". Tile is to be installed on 2 walls. We have the tiles and the fixtures. I can remove my existing disaster and prep the walls. Since this has been hanging on far too long, I would like to get an estimate to undertake this project as soon as possible.
Thanks for consideration of my inquiry.

Hi! I have a backsplash that needs to be done on drywall. I have chosen glass as my material. It is about 20 to 25 square feet. The materials has been bought including for the fireplace. It is about 20 square feet. Your surface is porcelain but I have bought rock from China. Hope you can help me out! Thanks!
I have tiles that come in 1sq ft sections and are a combination of glass, stone, stainless steel and ceramic (see photos). I want these tiles installed in my kitchen as a backsplash. The wall area to be covered is approx 21 sq ft. I purchased 30 sq ft of tile, just in case.
Looking for the best quote, as our budget needs to be low. I have received a quote for 350, so less than that would be preferable.
We have an approximate 250 sq foot galley style kitchen which has a tile floor which was originally laid on a too thin subfloor (about 1/4). The floor got wet, warped, tiles are popping off.
The tiles are coming up cleanly (ie with thinset on the back, but most of the grout already fallen off). We need the cabinets pulled out and the subfloor replaced with something thicker (ie 5/8 with 3/8 or similar) and then the tiles relaid. This will require unhooking sink and diswasher from source, and then a rehook up when done.
We will empty the cabinets prior to the repair work.
I would like someone to come quote on this job in the next few days (ie deadline OCTOBER 13). However, the work itself can be completed within the next 2-8 weeks. Sooner would be appreciated, but it is not rush-panic item. The quoting however needs to be done ASAP so we can settle who is going to be doing this work.
If interested, please contact me via email, or phone to arrange a time to come and quote. Thanks!
Job details and scope of work:

- Tile material supplied by owner, contractor to supply all other material required for install
- Existing main floor structure is vinyl over top of 3/8" board and 3/4" tongue and groove sub-floor; all in good condition
- Install in-floor heating in kitchen (~42 square feet) and main floor bathroom (~22 square feet) include all electrical hook-ups required for in-floor heating system
My mother in Winnipeg would like to have the floor in her master bath redone. Currently it has old linoleum. She has purchased tiles already however unfortunately the family friend who was going to install has gone away for a few months.
Looking for getting a quote on it for her. it is about 23 square feet in tile that needs doing.
I live in and own a 2-bedroom condominium that is approximately 850 square feet. I would like to replace all floors in my home. I would like tile or linoleum in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry rooms, and hard wood flooring in the rest of the house. I'm leaning towards bamboo, but am flexible to other options. There are also specifications around sound proofing materials, and times available to complete the work.
I would also like to replace my counter top in the bathroom, as well as replace the bathroom sink.
Willing to start as early as mid-August but would prefer to have it started prior to winter.
Hello,
I am a homeowner looking to have an OTR microwave unit installed
I'd like it to mount above the stove. The cord on the unit isn't long enough to reach an outlet, so an outlet would probably need to be installed. I would like the unit to vent outside. I believe the interior walls are plaster (I could be wrong), and the outside is just wooden siding.
I've attached some pictures to give a general idea of the kitchen area. If you require more info or are interested please contact me!
I have a tiled shower that needs existing (cracked) grout removed and new grout and silicone installed.
The space is roughly 5ft w x 8ft h x 3ft d, with 12" x 24" ceramic tiles that go from floor to ceiling on three of the walls, with a shampoo nook built in to one of the walls. I have attempted to remove some of the existing grout as I have been looking for someone to tackle this job for over a year now with no luck.
I am the home owner. I am also open to getting quotes on the cost to redo the entire shower if the cost will be similar to re-grouting as I am aware this is a time consuming task.
I would like some sort of guarantee/warranty on the potential work being done as my existing shower tile was only installed 3 years ago.
Including a photograph of the shower for reference.
Need a shower tiled and the drain water proofed and connected.
I have the tile on the floor down (needs grout) and a bench in the shower.
basic shower up to 7 feet high a window on one wall and a bench with wall on the 3 side.
Then in the future a glass door put on. I haven't had the shower working for a month.
Hey there,
I currently have a wooden frame around the window in my shower. Despite my best efforts, the wood there is beginning to rot. I would like a contractor to remove the wood, and replace it with tiles , then seal the tiles. I don't want to remove or change the window. If you think there is a better (or cheaper option than tiles, I'd be open to it)
I have no idea how much this would cost, nor what supplies I would have to get. I'd appreciate a quote for work and supplies. The window is fairly small - maybe 18 x 18 inches (that's not exact). The wall the window is on, is covered by a tub surround, so the tiles would have to be sealed to that some how.
I'm not in a huge rush to get this done, but I only have one bathroom, so once it was started, the project would need to be completed in 48 hours. I live in the Weston area in Winnipeg.
I've got approx 100 sq feet of brick veneer to be placed in the kitchen and fireplace.
I'd like a quote and a quantity calculated so I can order the product. I am also open to the contractor supplying product, providing it's a nice as the stuff I've got picked already.
Thanks.
I need a back landing tiled. It is 20 sqft. I also need 2 risers tiled, they are 11" x 36". I have the tile (12"x24"), the thinset, the grout, the schluter (already cut to length). The sub-floor is already laid down (fiber rock) so all I need is the labour to set the tile.
