I'm fixing up a rental property to sell, I need someone to tear out cabinets and move some electric and plumbing for a dish washer. Then some painting and plastering to finish it off. In the bathroom I need a vanity and toilet replaced, flooring put down, new light fixtures and finishing work. Also some plastering and painting.
Opening up a kitchen by taking out a wall separating kitchen and dining room and partially taking out a load bearing wall to completely open the kitchen. Kitchen renovations will include new cabinets, appliances, flooring and painting and plastering. Bathroom renovations will include new tub enclosure, toilet, sink and cabinets as well as new lighting and any needed electrical changes for the walls that are coming down. I have a kitchen plan drawn out but am already in the process of getting quotes from cabinet companies and am trying to get atleast three quotes for the carpentry work.
I have a 330 square foot 3rd floor (2 bedrooms and a den) of a home in Downtown St. John's which has sloped floors. I'd like to have them levelled. I'd also like to repaint the walls of the 962 square foot home.
There are a couple pieces of siding on the house that are starting to buckle, and I'd like that repaired as well.
Hi there,
I’m having an issue with my bedroom wall. It’s an exterior wall and when it’s cold/windy it’s cracking and creaking very loudly. I can even push in on a section of the the wall to replicate the noise so something is loose or not secured properly. I have removed a piece of my drywall and I can tell which stud is causing the issue but I’ll be honest. I’m not contractor and all my ‘bush fixes’ haven’t been able to solve the issue.
Either way I would feel more comfortable having a professional come take a look and shore up the issue.
Thanks,
Jason.
Bathtub/shower in upstairs bathroom, there is a leak. When we get showers, there is water downstairs on the cement floor. We think that it maybe the old copper plumbing, don't know??? So, if it is, the tub, tiles etc. shall have to be taken out and replaced by new. This time I would like the bathtub wall surround. Also, we can see water stains under the cushionfloor heading from the tub to the tiolet, we maybe looking at some mould as well. When we look up from the basement, we can see water stained wood under the tub, so that probably needs replacing. Who knows? That is why we need a contractor to look at it and give us a quote.
Thank you

I have a contract with a national retailer to power wash their front entrance mats. These mats are typically 1/2" pvc grille mats that need to be lifted out of the vestibule. The sand/salt debris left behind needs to be cleaned which requires some scraping, and power vacuuming. The mats need to be power washed then replaced.
If this is something you would be able to quote on please contact me. I have two stores that need immediate attention in St John's.
Regards
Gord
