Hello,
I have three jobs that I need done.
1) Installation of an exhaust fan into an en-suite bathroom with an existing fan.
2) Installation of an exhaust fan into a bathroom with no fan.
3) Installation of a garage door opener in a 1-car garage.
I live in Ajax, Ontario.
Thanks,
Jason
Our bathroom has poor ventilation and we all know what happens when they do. I need a vent fan installed so save me from old growth (that I keep having to clean) we do not have an existing one. We are eventually looking to Reno the whole bathroom when we have a bigger budget to-do so. But the vent situation an not wait.
I would like a licensed electrician to add grounding to few outlets in the house, and also to install Smoke / carbon monoxide / Fire alarms between the first floor and the basement.
I am also relocating the Washing machine / Dryer to new location..... The work needs to start ASAP Sunday or Monday at the latest....
There is no room on the panel for this work.
Wires will need to be sent across the basement roof (above drywall).
GFI's required for bathroom, kitchen and appliances.
Proper permitry and code requirements will be followed for this job.
Need this done ASAP, so do not call if you availability is in 1 week or more.
My house is one of the old war time houses on Exeter rd. Ajax Ont. I believe the previous owner installed the pot lights that are downstairs, they keep going out on us, just recently one of them mad a loud poping noise, the light itself did not burn out, but all the pots lights went out and the outlets in half of the basement went out with them, I'm not sure as to what work needs to be done to either fix this problem. we were actually thinking about putting some other kind of lighting in the downstairs. But for now we would like to get the outlets working again, that is our main concern right now, if someone could help with this, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Duane M., Homeowner.
Need a new Electrical Box . The one we have is very old, also we need some lights put in the basement and we would like the existing pot lots taken out. We are also having a problem with one of the baseboard heaters upstairs, it keeps flipping the breaker downtstairs.
Thank-you for the help.
Quotes would be nice if that is possible, if you need to set up a day to come and see what needs done thats no problem.
I purchased a house last year in Ajax. The house is a side split build in the 60's and it appears that there was a lot of DIY projects. I need an Electrician to examine all the wiring in the house and provide both a recommendation on what wiring may need to be replaced and a quote to bring the wiring up to standard.
thanks
Electrician needed to do various easy jobs in a house in Ajax.
These are the main things:
1) Change 5 ceiling light fixtures
2) Kitchen: light above sink add fixture for screw in bulb
3) Kitchen add extra receptacle below existing plug
4) bathroom change fan switch to timer
5) Outside: Entrance light. Change to a timer
Additionally you can also install outside: Pot lights around the perimeter starting from Garage. Master Bed: Add electrical plug for the balcony outside.
We're looking for someone to wall mount our flat screen for us.
We're also hoping that whomever we find is a *LICENSED* electrician, as we're trying to kill two birds with one stone. Since we'd like to wall mount our TV, we need an electrician to install a wall socket that the TV would be in front of (to conceal the plug).
But if your an electrician who doesn't do TV mounting, or you're someone who does mounting but is not an electrician, we are also open to the possibility of teams if you know of someone you can work with.
As well, we would love it if you were able to come out and take a look at the room first. We have to get Rogers to move our TV cable to the wall that the TV will be going on, and I'd like to determine where that needs to be before the install. So, it'll require two visits.
Thanks, and please reply with any additional info as well as estimates.
I require an electrician to install puck lights under cabinets Qty. 3 hard wired into wall with a switch, and also an over the range microwave oven to be installed also. I would like to meet with the electrician on site if possible. All fixtures and appliances will be supplied.
Thank you,
K, Mcdonnell
Hi,
The lightbulb burnt out in the bedroom. There is a fan with a light attached and 3 bulbs. And they have suddenly burnt out. But two of said sockets are (not an electrician ) but busting the light so the glass comes apart and the metal part is still in the socket. I wonder if there is a short, or perhaps a wire has come disatached or some other scenario I am not considering.
I would also like to have the light switch changed over to a smart switch in a different room
thank you.
We would like to put christmas lights decor in our front lawn but we are needing 1 outdoor outlet to make this happen. The outlet would be place near the existing motion censor light which next to our front door ( please see picture ). It will be attached on the brick wall of our garage.
The job won't be too much work ,as you dont need to work from electrical panel. There is already an existing outlet on the other side of the wall ( inside the garage ) which I believe a foot or two away from where you need to drill.
Please make fair quote as possible.
Thank you!
Mel
