Hello,
We are looking to gather quotes for an upcoming project. We recently purchased an ikea kitchen cabinet system and looking to see if you are able to install it for us. We have the plans which can be provided. Please note the apartment unit seems to have metal studs.
We would also like to add some additional electrical outlets to the kitchen area as a new kitchen is going to be installed. In addition to the outlets, we would also like to have pot lights installed in the kitchen/living room area. This is an apartment building where the kitchen looks out to the living room. There seems to be some drywall in the ceiling that may be able to accommodate thin LED pot lights however, this will need to be assessed during the assessment. We are hoping to have this assessed and completed as soon as possible while we await for all the kitchen item components to come in.
Hello and Happy New Year
I need a few jobs done around my house.
1. The pull down rope of a couple lights in my basement is broken. If that could be fixed, it would be great.
2. A few pot lights have burnt out and need replacing.
3. A power outlet has been malfunctioning since we bought the house.
Please advise regarding your availability and provide an estimate.
Kind regards
Afsheen
New home being built. Would like to add pot lights to main floor (25 lights)' pot lights to upstairs hall (9), master bathroom (5), and stairs going down to basement (2). It's a large open floor plan on main floor, basing numbers on model, however less might also work.
Hi there,
I’d like to get quote for installing some exterior lanterns on my house to replace the old builder models. I need three on the front and one at the rear man door for the garage.
I have ordered these exterior lights from Lowes.
They should be delivered in mid to lateclick here of them will go on the front stonework of the house and will in all likelihood require some grinding work on the stone to get the mounting plate to fit flush. The one behind the garage is more straight forward as the brick is even so no grinding work would need to be done.
The current mounting plates (7 ” H x 4 ” W) of the builder lights required that type of grinding work when the house was being built. The new mounting plates (9 ” x 6”) are bigger, hence the likely grinding work.
I’ve included some photos to give you an idea of where the lights are located. One of the garage lights will require a ladder. The other two front lights won’t as they are by the porch.
This job also includes taking down the existing lanterns.
Regards,
Joe
