Hi. We bought a new house for our growing family. There are lots of things we would like to do but with a 1 & 3 year old time is tight. For starters, we would like to install a bathroom fan in 2 upstairs bathrooms (in a 2 storey) house. At this time, we would also like to vent our coldroom cellar to help moderate the humidity. There is a covered front porch that was bricked over so they buried the hole.
Finally, our next project will be to finish a rough-in drain (have 2, need a 3rd) and potentially finish the room. May require a door to be moved, hallway installed. Interested in a quote for this job and it may have to wait, pending price.
Looking to remodel a 4pc Bathroom: approx 8x4 in size.
Wants: New flooring (hexagonal or herringbone mosaic tile)
New tub + shower surround (subway tile with some mosaic)
New shower plumbing ( rain shower head with handheld sprayer)
New countertop/sink/faucet (granite or quartz counter)
Some type of wallpaper design on walls.
I would like to save/refinish the existing vanity, save existing toilet.
I'm the owner of the property. I would like to have a contractor selected and design completed in the next two weeks, with work to be completed in the next month or two.
Thanks,
Ben

Need to finish a bathroom in our basement. Room is about 8X9. We already have the following on hand ready for installation: dry wall, toilet, shower and vanity with sink. Contractor will need to drywall, install ceramic tiles, run electricity, install shower, toilet and vanity. The location of drain in concrete floor will also need to be moved from one end of the bathroom, thanks.
The house is about 14 years hold. There is currently a working 3-piece bathroom in basement (on concrete) however the location is not desirable. I'm looking to decommission the current bathroom and put in a 2-piece bathroom closer to the main sewage drain. I will need to break through the concrete to install new waste piping for toilet and evaluate use of current drain for sink. Possibly add a rough-in for future shower. Area is clear. I will frame as needed to support water supply. Water supply needs to be redirected.
Everything needs to be replaced. Shower, toilet and Vanity. need ceiling drywall removed and proper ventalation put in. also needs to replace the flooring with ceramic tile and some rewiring may be needed for the lights. The room is about 4X8 and there is a short hallway leeding to it. Would prefer to deal in cash.
I have a basement bathroom that is half done. The 3 piece bath is installed and drain is hooked up, it still needs fixtures and water to be hooked up. There is one toilet that needs to be hooked up and a water supply routed to it, the sewage drain is hooked up to the toilet already. I still need a sink installed with water lines and all that is required to hook it up and get everything operational. The rest of the bathroom I plan on finishing myself. There may also be a new laundry tub to install to replace the old one. Most of the material is there. I may have to go out and buy some new taps to finish the project. The house is less then 5 years old, this is the first renovation. I understand that due to certain situations I may have to finish some of the drywall after you do your work. any quotes or interest would be helpful.

It is for our basement. it is 5 x 10 approx. We have the fixtures. The electrical is done. The pipe for the toilet will need to be moved about a foot. The water supply is just there but would have to be brought to where the sink will be. The shower is an insert. We already finished the basement itself so we wanted to just put in the laminate flooring to continue into the bathroom since we have the flooring and underlay left over. The house is 8 yrs old.
Thank you
Nancy
I need to get a bathroom made from hall cloeset. Just a toilet & sink and electrical. The problem is it has to be finished by the end of June. I have had contractors arranged on a few occations then they decided not do the job and won't return calls. I have been jerked around by some contractors for 2 months. I need someone the can commit to the job and get it done before inspection at the end of June. If you are not interested PLEASE let me know.
Thank you
Mark
I would like to replace an existing second floor shower with a tub/shower. The current shower is a 5 foot shower stall that must have replaced the original bathtub at some point in time to accommodate a senior. The house is approximately 14 years old and has only the one shower so a quick conversion would be important. We would not object to a plastic tub enclosure rather than tiles in the interest of both time and cost
The house is located in South-West Barrie. I would be more than willing to help with the project as well sourcing all of the required materials and the tub itself.
We require bathroom cabinets to be ripped out and single drain and water source converted for double vanities. New cabinets and countertop installed. An additional electrical outlet and light source to be installed for second vanity. Removal of large mirror. Repair of drywall around surrounding area. Vanity to be roughly 5-6 feet.
I have an old fashioned bathroom that needs pretty much gutting. It's small and has tile and wall to wall mirror. The bathtub is a jaccuzzi and I wish to replace it with a regular tub/shower - not a high end project. Just want a basic tub shower, and minimal wall tiling for tub area (existing flooring is fine) Toilet is new, sink needs replacing - vanity and counter may be re-usable. This project is for basic finishings - not expensive designer finishes.
We have a leak behind/beside/above our shower wall - noticed by peeling paint/bubbles. We suspect you will need to cut into drywall and/or tile to repair the leak. Looking for a contractor to be able to repair both the plumbing leak and any cuts to the drywall/tile. We only have the 1 shower in our home, and do not want the leak to get worse, so we need the work done soon and fairly quickly.
New bathtub, soaker, new tiles on walls and ceiling of bathtub, My fixtures are moen. New counter top but not vanity. I am putting in a new toilet. floor will remain the same. (white tile with grey in it). window is new.
Bathroom is small. walk in thru door, first is the vanity then tub. toilet is under window across from door. the other side has a bifold door behind the entry door. that has the washer and dryer (stacked) I have no shelving other than vanity.
