Hi,
I am looking to have a concrete patio out front of my house. I was hoping I would be able to have someone come over to give me a quote. I am the property owner.
I don't want a stamped one just something more basic but looks nice. I am on a budget, and I could go a bit higher than listed below. I do work Monday to Friday 9-5 so if you would send me an email and I will call you back on lunch or when I am done work that would be great.
Thank you
Concrete patio has been resurfaced several times. I would like it resurfaced with something that wiil be durable. Located in the rear yard and surrounds a hot tub. It currently has a crack in it and has a cover of granite rock that is pealing off. Requires a drain in the middle as water pools on the patio, or it could be built up for proper water run off. Dimensions are 20 ' X 25'.
Hello.
Looking for a quote for two concrete jobs for my home Barrie:
1. Sidewalk (stamped to match driveway if possible) about 35' long, 45" wide, ends with 3 rounded rectangular steps up to side door.
2. Shed pad 17' x 10' (shed is 11x7, pad includes 3' walking space on 3 sides) on a sloped grade.
Basic to-scale drawings for your review.
Thank you.

Looking for sidewalk from front door to curb, driveway curb, garden retaining wall approximately 18" high and 8x8 pad for a shed.
Work out front to be done with tinted and/or stamped concrete. Shed pad just needs a couple bolts sticking out to hold the new sill plates.
Would do it today, but I think the snow would be in the way. Will need it to melt first, but want to get this done when it is gone.
Concrete stairs and wall need to be addressed. Top step will need to be removed and the wall may or may not have to be removed, and or dug out to prevent further damage. Right now it is a block wall that has been parged over but their are many cracks, no serious issues, but it is better to get it fixed properly now as appose to later. Stairwell is in the rear of the house, leading to the basement.

My garage is a one and a half car in size...my guess is 12x15 sq ft ish? The problem is the floor is damaged from years of winter and snowmobile damage. The worst of the damage is the first 2 to 3 feet from the driveway inwards. I have gaping holes and cracks for to big to repair with a simple coating kit. What can be done to resurface this and an estimated cost would be appreciated.
Our original side deck is a concrete pad approx 16' x 6'. We have now more than doubled this deck area by surrounding the existing pad with a completed wooden deck structure.
We now need to resurface the existing 16' x 6' deck to match the surrounding surface . . . adding a depth from approx 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inch, allowing for drainage slope, etc. Some scoring is necessary to overcome remnants of a synthetic surface which was extremely stubborn, but has now mostly been ground off.
There is also an entrance stoop about 3'x4' which needs to be similarly resurfaced..
Hi, I am currently working on building a 21.5 foot wide by 45 foot length mezzanine in an industrial unit and the drawing is calling for _
100mm thick composite floor- 63mm normal density concrete on 38x.91 composite steel deck (TYP HI-BOND938) or equivalent with 152x152 MW18.7/MW18.7 (6x6-6x6) welded wire mesh. Install double layer over support and for quarter span on each side. Install mesh @25mm below top of slab. I have the drawings on hand. You can call me on my cell. Thanks
Patio is 8X5 and steps 1 foot wide. Steps go down from one end and along the front. Corner should be radiused on the end with the step. Currently has a 8X5 patio with no steps. The current patio will need to be raised by ~8-9 inches by adding concrete taken out and replaced by new. The last 8-9" will cover over current brick front of house. The area where steps are to be adding is mostly grass with a small area of asphalt. House is 30-40 years old.
There is a cement blocks for steps leading to the backyard and we live in the basement apt. and enter through a back entrance. Because of our age and my walking troubles it is difficult for me and I would like to replace them with a walkway. I would like to know who I would call to do the job. We are new to Barrie so we are unsure of the type of business.
