House is a new house.
I have chosen to dedicate a good portion of my home to dog rescue, specifically mama dogs and their litters of pups. Over the past few years my poor house has not stood up well to the demands of this endeavour and there are repairs and new solutions needed all over the place. Flooring needs to be replaced in the puppy area and whelping area, with something more durable and forgiving. Some small drywall repairs. Replacement of trim on doors and baseboards. Some painting. Some small electrical projects. Ability to look at the central vac would be beneficial. Puppy snuggles come free with the job(s).
LEC was hired to do 100 Amp service relocation , mast and panel in older home renovation. LEC was hired to inspect homeowners work on rest of residence but has not done so and extended permit although no work has been done since last April 2018. LEC will respond to invitation to finish the work but does not arrive at specified dates.
All original wiring was stripped out by owner in the course of renovation over 4 years and entire house rewired to modern specs. by experienced DIY homeowner and open everywhere for inspection. January 2018. Homeowner took out permit for that work which was failed by ESA inspector January 2018. List of deficiencies was addressed and finished February 2018 at which time LEC's permit initiated and overwriting the homeowner's permit. LEC work with service relocation finished in about 6 hours. LEC was paid for that portion of work. LEC has been MIA since April 2018, says he has been too busy to finish inspection and remediation of homeowners work. Often sets a date to return but does not arrive. No work has been done here for over a year. We are seniors who want to close up the walls and live in our home.
Two additional electric breaker circuits to be installed in house by a licensed electrician.
1. to feed a new dishwasher requiring a dedicated circuit to carry 15 amps..
2. to feed a basement area with 15 amp breaker.
1. Dishwasher location is directly over an unfinished basement with easy access to the breaker board located very close to basement space under the dishwasher.
2 The basement is unfinished. The new circuit will be use to feed electrical outlets at some future date. All that will be required in this project is one outlet connected to the circuit.

We are moving to a new office location within in Barrie and will need to make some improvements in December.
The space is approx. 1800 sq ft and is currently broken into 3 large spaces. We need to break that up further by adding walls/doors to make more offices.
There will also some electrical involved as we will need tel/data lines and outlets in each room.
Please let me know if you are interested and I would be happy to bring you to the space to see it and quote on the business.
Best regards,
Jessica
Looking for potlight installation in our duplex. Two storeys and several rooms require potlights. Approximately 25 upstairs, downstairs number to be confirmed with tenant upon site visit. Would like full service including cleanup. If estimate could include materials and labour that would be great. Ideally would like someone also able to do pendant light installation and ceiling fixture removal if possible. Happy to have someone in ASAP to review the home and provide a quote. Looking forward to working with you!
Hi There, I would like to get a quote about re-stuccoing a living room ceiling in a one-bedroom condo. The previous owners appeared to have removed or installed a track light and that has left a line in the ceiling. They tried to patch the line, but since the rest of the ceiling is stuccoed you can clearly see the line and the difference. How much would it cost to fix this?
I would also like to change the electrical receptacle in the kitchen to a GFCI protected receptacle.
Thank you!
Hi, I will be finishing my basement (will start framing next weekend) and will need a licensed electrician to install 4-6 outlets when I'm done.
As well there are some things that I would like to be inspected for safety. Some of the concerning things are depicted on the photos and might need checking prior to framing (framing might block access later) depending on the say of the pros. Thank you.
Michael
We are renovating an older Victorian home that has already had some upgrades, but needs a lot more. The work is as follows:
Plumbing - move shower plumbing in one bathroom, and do tub/sink/toilet installs for two bathrooms. Run plumbing to move washing machine to other side of home. Add lines for dishwasher and fridge with water dispenser in the kitchen.
Electrical - remove electrical from wall that is being removed. Add in about 4-6 electrical outlets, and 2-4 ceiling lights (no existing fixtures boxes)
Insulation and Drywall - install/supply of insulation and drywall for approximately 2500 sq. ft. Of wall space (represents about 1500 sq. ft. Of floor space)
