Kitchen is one row of cabinets only.
Bathroom is a 3 piece with stand up corner shower.
Rough-in work is already done.
Pictures attached show the current space as well as what I hope the finished product to be (roughly)
Will need plumbing, drywall, and doors as well.

We want to install new countertop, add a backsplash, install new sink and faucet. Maybe replace a dishwasher too. Main area is approximately 14 linear foot. Secondary area is approximately 4 linear feet. Granite is first choice, followed by quartz (if used I'd have an undermount sink) But budget might dictate laminate.
This will be done in sections so I am looking at the following projects:
1. There is an existing opening in a load bearing wall that is 32" wide. This used to be a hallway and has since been closed off to accommodate a fridge. The opening needs to be widened to 38" to accommodate a 36" fridge. Frame, board, bead, mud and tape to paint ready.
2. There is a 7' x 6.5' high partition wall. Build up to the ceiling. 1.5x7' frame, 5/8 board, bead, tape, mud to paint ready.
3. Skim coat kitchen ceiling 10' x 30'
4. Remove 2 11' bulkheads over windows at opposite ends of living room and dining room. Patch. Remove popcorn stucco from 11' x 30' ceiling and skim as necessary for paint ready.
The 70s threw up in my kitchen, complete with fruity tiles and crappy layout. I think the room needs to be transformed into a gally style... the entire footprint needa to be changed New cabinents dishwaaher intall and flooring. All that being said i think there us minimal electrical and plumbing work.
Hello,
My wife and I are looking to reno a kitchen (about 11ft x 12ft) in a house we will be taking possession of on July 24th. We would like to keep the layout but buy new cabinetry and countertop and keep the budget under $8000.
Do you think this is doable? We could try and schedule a walk through if needed. I have included a link to listing of the home, not sure if that will help or not.
Thank you,
Adam H
There is a box in the corner that I would like to eliminate. I want to move the wall forward to level it, meaning moving the counter, sink, oven forward and extending the room (bathroom) on the other side of it. Also, there is an opening to the hall which I would like to have blocked off. (Build a wall in the opening)
I am currently renovating my kitchen.
I would like a quote for:
1. Tiling the backsplash - L-shaped counter 66" and 97" long
there is a window on the 97" wall with tiling going around it to the ceiling
the old backsplash has been removed
2. Re-drywalling 2 walls 32" and 34" behind and beside my stove
these walls have old tile on them that cannot be removed without drywall damage
I am looking to remove the wall between my kitchen and the living/dining room and replacing it with an island (workspace counter with some storage space on one side and a breakfast bar on the other).
I would like part of the existing lower cabinets and counter moved to the wall where the kitchen table now stands.
I am also looking to have hardwood flooring installed throughout - living/dining room and kitchen area.
reface kitchen cabinet
19 doors
4 drawers
6 ft peninsula change to top ( posible 1 ft extension )
replace laminate counter top ( with back splash )
replace with new sink and tap with sprayer hose

240 sq ft of hardwood floor removed/replaced with tile (ceramic/porcelain). Bottom kitchen cabinets removed to accommodate flooring (including sink and appliances). Stone counter tops added (56 sq ft). Remove/replace back splash. Add under counter lighting including electrical. Add approximately 100 sq ft of in floor heating. Reinstall cabinets and appliances.

Update kitchen. Add double pull out garbage (reg and recycle), provide ideas for hood range, open space above cabinets, replace sink and counter top, and ideas on updating old designed breakfast bar. Change backsplash to match new counter. Replace tiles in kitchen and eating area and throughout rest of hall/foyer/laundry and powder room with large polished porcelain tile using penny lines for grout, 1/16 or less
Replace tile floor (to something without grout and that's easier to clean), something that goes well with dark hardwood floor in rest of home.
Change countertops and sink (to something that's durable, easy to maintain but elegant).
Change backsplash tile and repaint existing cabinets.
Finish with a fresh coat of paint.
There maybe some additional trim work ( not sure yet), the walls will need some repair prior to painting.
Hi there...looking to get a quote on some working I want in my kitchen. Need a small wall removed, a peninsula removed and an island installed.
First two pictures are what I want changed and last two pictures are ideas for island.
Also if load bearing wall am willing to add columns to island???
TIA
Hello, we’d like to do a few things:
Kitchen: Turn existing 2 tier island into large one level dining space, match other counters, sink, fix some laminate cabinetry that’s peeling, possibly add light fixtures above island, backsplash.
2 bathroom refreshes and 1tub install: upstairs needs new tile/waterproofing, glass wall/doors, new shower fixture and possibly turn shower pan into tub. If not, we want to add a tub downstairs (need to chat in person to decide what’s best), new vanity downstairs, possible relocation of toilet depending if we do a tub, full new built in shower/tub space (currently it’s an old pre-fab).
I also am curious about closing in our front porch and creating a mud-room entry space in 1/3 of it and connecting the large windows in the front of our house to the other 2/3 via French doors or something of that nature.
Finally we would like to re-side both the house and garage and possibly do an all new gutter system. We have an old chimney and satellites that need to be removed from the roof as well.
We’d be interested in estimates for:
1) just the kitchen,
2) kitchen and bathroom,
3) kitchen, bathrooms and enclosed porch,
4) everything
Hi,
I would like to move the peninsula approx 1- 1.5' to gain extra kitchen floor space.
The bas is approximately 75" L by 25"W by 36"H and is made up of 2 drawer and 1 cookie sheet base units.
The counter top is not stone.
There is no electrical or plumbing within the unit.
Not sure how the unit is anchored but quite certain that the flooring is complete underneath.
Thank you for your time to review this.

In my eat in kitchen area, I have a back wall which is about 11 1/2 feet wide. I would consider installing a new closet with double doors to store additional kitchen appliances and supplies, I would most likely want shelves to store everything. On each side. Doors most likely should fold as if put regular doors it will hit my table. So basically, I would need drywalled up on the front face only with double door frame and of course the frame! I could paint it myself and buy the doors. Standard 8 foot height.I would also do my own shelving. So, I need someone to build frames, drywall tape, sand.
