This is a large commercial job to be done after business hours. I need written estimates, as well as a sample tire cleaning. The actual work could take upwards to a month to complete, as it will have to be done in sections. After the estimates are received and the sample cleaning is examined, the management team will make an informed decision and award the contract. The work could be done before Christmas, but I suspect it will not commence until January.
All the necessary WSIB and insurance certificates are to be provided.
I am the owner.
Currently have a wall-mounted fireplace on drywall. Need to change this.
Gas is already there. Fireplace company will remove and accommodate wall alteration work and then reinstall.
Wiring is already in.
Need someone to build out a fireplace wall on a 6x9(H) space.
Looking for advice on stone or brick, mantle ideas, followed by installation of that.
Can provide photos.
Hello,
I am looking to redo the flooring on my main floor (hallway, kitchen, living/dining and powder room) It is an open concept semi, that currently has carpet, linoleum, and tile. I can demo the carpet area and the entire area that needs to be completed is 490sqft in clic laminate and 50sqft of tile which includes a powder room to be retiled.
Hello!
My husband and I are looking to get some work done in our townhouse: new flooring throughout the main floor and a new backsplash in our kitchen. We have a small townhouse, roughly 1000 sq ft. The floor space needing new flooring is about 300 sq ft. The kitchen is a small 10x10 kitchen.
We are interested in getting a quote to understand what our costs will be. We already have flooring picked out and are ready to purchase. We are sourcing all of the materials ourselves, minus the supplies such as grout, screws, etc.
We are also considering getting a new countertop and sink, but are not 100% decided on that yet so the flooring and backsplash are our first priority. Depending on the cost of that, we might consider the countertop and sink.
You can send me an email back or give me a call.
Thank you,
Nicole
Hello,
I'm looking to get a quote for the flooring we are looking to get done in a bungalow. We are looking at removing everything from the main floor (excluding main floor bathroom) and then putting it some tile in the entry way and laminate all throughout the upstairs. We are hoping to start the project on June 1 or 2. We would also be doing the stairs to the basement (which are carpet). Let me know what measurements and what information you need.
I have a link the the images for the current flooring types.
Hello,
I am looking to get a kitchen backsplash installed (likely a 3 x 6 white subway tile (brick pattern) area is approx. 25sq ft.
also need two doors to be adjusted (front entrance door does not latch properly and interior door to basement does not close properly)
also potentially looking to complete backyard fence and potlights.
please let me know if you are interested and can quote me on this.
Thanks :)
I need 2 floors done, and I'm hoping the same person can do both.
LAMINATE: In a basement. There is currently laminate there, but I have it to be replaced. Flooring is purchased, but not underlay. Area is approx 450 sq.ft. (likely a little smaller).
CERAMIC: In a bathroom. Want to replace what's currently there, as it wasn't well done the first time. Area is no more than 100 sq.ft (likely smaller).
Contact me with quotes (e-mail, please), if possible, or we can arrange a time to come see it.

Hello,
I have marble tiles for front hall, 83 or so sq ft.
& ceramic tiles for laundry room, 93 or 100 sq ft, not sure.
All tiles are 12” by 12”.
For front hall, I want border with diamond pattern in the centre, I have extra tiles pre-cut for the border.
Also need to do backsplash, but haven’t found the tiles yet. So that would be extra job once I get those.
Thanks
Need existing tile and sub-floor removed and replaced. Existing subfloor is plywood on top of vinyl.
130 - 135 square feet of area to be covered.
Looking for two prices - one price where the contractor does everything (including taking away old flooring to garbage), and a second pricing where I take care of the exiting sub-floor removal and disposal.
Install porceilian tiles, tile size 12x24, some cutting will be required for trimming components.
Wall is fully prepared.
All materials are provided.
Tab size 32x60, need tiles on three sides, ceiling will not be covered with the tiles.
Please provide the quote for tile installation only and another quote for tile installation plus grouting.
Also, please provide the earliers time the job can be completed.
Thanks.
Hi
We have a new build home of 1100 sq foot worth or tile work in springwater, Ontario. We would like the tile of 24" x 24" to be purchased with the selected contractor, and then need installation done for different areas with no demolition needed. It's a new build home with just the plywood subfloor in it. We need the breakfast and kitchen area, Foyer, hallways and laundry room as well as powder room for the main floor. Then upstairs 3 bathrooms. All adds up to 984 sq ft with 10 percent extra for any overage equals 1100 sq ft total workload. Could you tell me what the cost would be for installation the last week of august. Purchase of tile can be negotiated with selected contractor.
Thank you kindly for your time.

C. ~ 100 sq. ft. - bathroom walls + 26 ln. ft. of a mosaic border
D. ~ 100 sq. ft. - shower walls**
E. 34"x34" shower floor (Riverrock mosaic 12x12 pieces)
F. Installation of 4 6" wide pieces of quartz (shower opening).
* Subfloor is installed but the floor has to be leveled prior to the tiling.
** Including waterproof
All tiles and grouts is supplied by the customer. All other materials, tools etc to be purchased and supplied by the vendor and included to the quote.
Replacing carpet with wood look tile in livingroom, hallway and landing. Potentially including the stairs from the livingroom to the landing (3-4 steps). Approximately 400-500 sqft overall. Our budget estimate includes material and installation, however we have selected our tile, we just need it installed.
Front door is being replaced soon, so tile on the landing will need to be removed prior to that, but tiling project can be completed after that.
We have the tiles and the supplies but realized we would be better off to have a professional do the actual tile installation. it is a small bathroom. we have not yet finished installing the new drywall yet but hope to get that done soon. the tiles are large, so no fiddling with small tiles, nothing fancy required.
The floor is 6ftx5ft and the floor is stripped already. we are the owners of the house.
